3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We work with carefully vetted third-party vendors who process data solely on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality obligations. These may include:

3.3 Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of our users.

3.4 With Your Consent

We may share your information with other parties when you explicitly authorize us to do so.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Aggregated, de-identified usage data may be retained indefinitely.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security)
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive account data
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
  • Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments

Despite these measures, no system is entirely immune from security risks. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and should notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6.3 Push Notifications

You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device's operating system settings.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to the App, as we have no control over their data practices.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app notification or email to your registered address.
